    My blanket (blue, soft, goes everywhere with me!!)was a lifesaver ( as was my pillow!!!!)

    Lip balm
    Socks
    Snacks (and order extra food at meal times if you can!!)
    Water bottle
    Someone bought me a tea cup.. Was nice to drink out of fine china (not a necessity at all!!)
    Probably heaps more I can't remember!

    Just with your phone charger, check with your hospital whether you need to have it 'checked' prior to you edd/admittance. I was at a birth centre & we were informed that if we needed to take any electical devices, we had to get it checked (to know it wasn't old & would short circuit the board I guess??) I was home pretty quick so it wasn't something we needed anyway

    In addition to wet wipes, a spray bottle for going to the toilet. You spray as you pee to dilute it and stop the sting.

    Lip balm, snacks and drinks ( like sports drinks, powerade etc). Camera and phone with charger.
