As long as the lab has a slot spare the 4 others will be thawed on day 3 and all that are good enough will be pgd tested. Any normals will then be frozen on day 5. I have to have LIT treatment so still no transfer till June. But this way I'll know before my first treatment if I even need to do it - no normals will mean we need donor eggs so treatment will be put off.

Yay for those 7 Chiefsgirl, such a good result, you must be pleased with that! It really sounds like they are covering a lot of bases for you with the pgd and lit testing. I hope it all goes smoothly for you and you get some normal ones to transfer. Not too long to go and you'll know the result then, fingers crossed they are able to test the other 4 for you as well!

I'm going well thanks Minib. I'm just really dreading having to go back to work. I'm still waiting to hear back from work as to what hours I'll be doing. I'm looking to go back 2.5 days a week, which is the minimum they'll allow me to do. I really don't want to go but fingers crossed it's only for short term until we have #2. I'll be eligible for long service and more mat leave then so the plan is to be off for much longer once we have two at home (if we are lucky enough to get to that point, of course)! How are feeling?

KLM- how are you going? Any symptoms kicking in yet or any scans coming up for you? I got a little tiredness and was hungry but didn't get any real symptoms until I was 8 weeks along and by then I'd had my dating scan!

    Thanks for asking Annerley.
I'm well, no real symptoms other than tiredness. But I have had 2 scans already. One last week in Monday which was a little early, although showed 1 little heartbeat but slower than my FS wanted, but prob cause too early. Then a follow up scan yesterday which showed normal sized foetus with good heartbeat of 150 and scan said 7weeks 3 days.
I have another one booked in for 2 weeks time and then I'll be referred to an OB.
    All quite exciting!

I'm sorry for not coming on sooner and seeing all your updates. I've been on Facebook too much!

KLM- congratulations! That's brilliant news! So reassuring seeing the heartbeat. What is your EDD?

Minib- I'm sorry that you have had a bad run with your past cycles. On a positive note, congrats on being PUPO! I'll have my fingers crossed for you.

Chiefsgirl- so happy you got 7 embys. Everything crossed that pgd has great results.

AFM- Raffael is 9 months now and is really keeping me busy. He's so active and getting into everything. I've just started planning his first birthday!!
We want to try again after his birthday so it's around three months till then so I want to start getting my body into shape again. I've put on so much weight in the last few months! I had a permanent cervical stitch put in last month in preparation for another pregnancy but can't help but feel the anxiety creeping in so will need to go back to counselling to help me cope.
Hope everyone else is doing well
    Xx
