Hi Minib, I'm so happy to have heard from you, I think of you often! How exciting that you will be cycling soon. Thanks for letting us know and I am truly hoping this one works for you.
I keep in contact with Sandra, Riss, Spidery, JB and Megsarama via Facebook, it's so lovely seeing their baby pics. Riss might be coming to visit me in Dec so I'm very excited about that!!

Oh no KLM, I was hoping it would be better news for you. Great to hear that your embys are of high quality and you have a great number of them! I hope your dream comes true very soon!

How are you Chiefsgirl? Also not sure if Frances and Muppa are still around.

AFM: my lo was 4mths old last week and is such a joy- she sleeps 12hrs a night and is easy to get a smile out of. She went for her first swim on the weekend and we are looking to start solids next month.
If all goes to plan, we'd like to do a FET late next year after our overseas trip in Sept/Oct 2015.

KLM, I'm so sorry it didn't work. It sucks isn't it. I hope you have more luck next year. It will be our turn next

Annerley, thanks for thinking of me. Wow 4 months old already. Time flies! Sounds like she's a good baby sleeping well. If all goes to plan, what would be the gap before the second one? It's a good idea to start as soon as you're ready given we all know how things don't necessarily go to plan.

I see photo of Riss' little boy, Raffael, every week when I go to acupuncture.

It will be my turn soon. Fingers crossed!

Sorry for the triple post, I kept trying and it said my posts were failing so I wrote it all out twice and then copy pasted it to keep trying and I come on today to try and reply again and they are all there. Oh well, I've read on some other threads that BH was having issues yesterday!

If we do a FET in Nov 2015, we'd have our second in Aug 2016, so would be 2yr 2mths gap. Being a winter bub, my little one got a cold at 2 weeks old and I was so worried about her and trying to keep her warm enough so August probably works out a little nicer weather anyway (not that I really mind what month it turns out to be if we are lucky enough to become parents again). We will probably try naturally for 6mths beforehand, not that I'm holding any hope but I feel I should give it a shot!

So when do you get started? I'm so excited for you and want to see you get the result you deserve!

    Hi Minib!
I'm still around.. Not as much as before but I still check in. Good to hear from you. I hope this next cycle is the one!
Aww did Richard put Raffael up on his wall of babies hehe when I started with him he didn't have one but now you can really see how many woman he has helped. I hope you are doing well on the herbs. If you're on Facebook join our Facebook group. It's private and it's just a few of us girls from this thread.

Klm- I'm so sorry your cycles didn't work. I hope the new year bring lots of baby dust to you and all the other girls still trying.

Raffael is a beautiful baby. 4 months has definitely flow and it's amazing watching him learn something new. I'm 36 this Sunday and starting to think about going again soon preferably before he turns one! Who knows how long it will take next time. It took 5 years for Raffael.
    X

Hi ladies, sorry have been AWOL. Thanks for thinking of me annerley. KLM I'm so sorry your two transfers haven't been successful. I can't remember, have you had any immune testing done?

AFM, I'm in the middle of a banking cycle. My second at ivfa. The first was a disaster. I had asked to be on menopur so it was kinda my fault, but just one frostie. Back on gonal f this time so I'm hoping for more. A break over Xmas then another cycle in jan then all the frosties will be pgd tested before we transfer.

    Hi Chiefsgirl,
Thanks, it kinda sucks, but I have come to terms with it. Will go back next year again though if my frosties are still viable. No I haven't done immune testing before. Is this done by FS?

    Good luck with your cycles.

@KLM0511 some FS do it, but there are a lot of us who see a specialist immune dr in sydney. He handles the immune side and FS does the IVF.

If you are interested a good book to read is 'is your body baby friendly' by dr beers, he pioneered the treatment for immune/NK issues in the us.
