Tommi...hope you get to hold your bubba soon - it was p.m. of 40+1 when I started to feel a bit uncomfortable and think "hmmm this is it"...so hopefully that's you too!

Chook... what a journey you've had. 4th degree - ouch! I lost a similar amount of blood. Did you find the scariest thing was suddenly having a room full of bright lights and people (DH counted 8 at one stage working on me)? Thank goodness we live in modern times with good medical services!

    Hi all,

40+2 and still going. Petri still wriggles away but has made no effort to meet us. I have had nothing really yet, woke this morning feeling a bit uncomfortable with some pain and pressure in my legs but it appears to be gone now ...sad. wow who would have thought I would be disappointed that pain went away haha. That said I have no idea what to expect and I keep thinking I won't recognise the early stages. ..I really hope it is today then again not sure if I would want him born on Australia Day....

How is everyone else going today?

Gorgeous Racheal. How are you finding the LTD swaddle? I bought one yesterday to try out with bub.. I'm hoping he likes it.

Yes Rachael I'm interested in the swaddle too - my boy fights and screams when swaddled except in the 'wings up' position, thinking a sleeping bag would be good. Although he's too small for most of them at the moment.

Ah Rach she is beautiful. I have the same swaddle too. My MIL is insisting on making them, if that makes her happy I'm not complaining. Hopefully my lil one will like them too.
