Ow. I remember you saying that now. I'm sorry things didn't go as you planned. We didn't get any frosties either, so we were extremely fortunate to get our BFP. It was our last chance... My mum was so afraid that it wouldn't work that she had already started saving for our next cycle but we never would have accepted.

The money was the biggest factor for us.. But the TWW was excruciating too. Hopefully if you cycle again your FS will know a little more about how you respond to meds etc so things might end up with a BFP and some frosties.

So sorry to hear about the BFN Just Jaq. Hope you and DP can spend some quality time together over Christmas and decide your next step. Our IVF counsellor suggested having a date to celebrate us, no matter which way the test goes Monday. I thought that was a good idea, so we have booked a nice restaurant.

Good luck for your test two mummys

Thanks Two mummys, I think I've replied to your PM - but nothing shows in my sent items - let me know if you don't get a msg from me.

Flower, good luck for Monday! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. Dinner somewhere nice sounds like a great idea.

Sorry to hear that Two Mummys. Hopefully IVF will bring you your BFP. After 4 failed IUI's I know the heartbreak. One step at a time and it'll all be worth it. Enjoy your Christmas with DP because hopefully next year you'll have a screaming newborn to deal with!

Just jumping in to let you know that I'm thinking about you tomorrow Flower. Hopefully you get the Christmas present you deserve, if it's not to be this cycle I hope you still enjoy your dinner with DP.

Thanks Best Things and Just Jaq. Looks like a chemical pregnancy this time. Hcg 10 and AF started yesterday :-(

We have to confirm levels back to 0 next week then miss a month and try a FET.

Hope everyone has a happy Christmas and 2014 brings us the babies we all long for.

Sorry to hear, Flower.. It's hard, isn't it? Hopefully the FET is successful when you are ready for that cycle.

All the best to everyone and their families for Christmas and the new year! As someone else said, maybe there might be screaming infants in our families by next year, so enjoy this one as just adults while we can!
