BestThings, going not too bad with the injections - day 5 of them today, just added the second shot. Feeling a bit blah (tired, not hungry) but not too bad. We have a scan tomorrow to see how the follicles are developing.

CandE - I'm not sure what to say... I've never heard of a molar pregnancy. Whatever it is, I hope that bub is okay and that the pregnancy can go on without any complications. It could be okay. People have healthy pregnancies with fibroids etc so maybe this will be like that? Fingers crossed for you babe. I'll be thinking of you tomorrow. Keep us updated x

CandE, I just read what happened at your scan. I really wish I had the right words. I have no idea what a molar pregnancy is, I tried to google it so I would understand better but I still have no advice.

All I can really say is that I'm thinking of you and DP today, that I'm praying for the best outcome and that I wish everything works out. If you ever need to talk I'm here for you, CandE. For all of you.

Thanks ladies for your kind messages. And welcome to the forum justjaq xx

so. Still not 100% on what it is. The second opinion thinks it may be a current or past bleed. The trouble is that it is sitting above our bubba. So I'm now considered an "extremely high risk" of miscarriage. I now spoken with wazza and he says because I've had no actual bleeding as such (external evidence of it) he's not convinced its just a bleed. He has never seen a bleed or a clot that looks like this looks. He says if I do see blood, chances are little bub will go with it as it is above and slightly behind where bub is sitting.

Im now on bed rest for 5 weeks. Valium 3-4 times a day along with another drug to stop any bleeding.....

The bub is happy and healthy. Measuring 7w1d which is exactly in line with wazza's dates. Heart beat was 135bpm which is normal. So that's the good news. And hopefully it stays this way.

CandE - while I know a better outcome would be that whatever it is didn't actually exist, I think that you have had somewhat of a positive result. Your bub still has a chance of being completely okay and that's what you should focus on - easier said than done I'm sure. I will be cheering you on and will be praying this little bub holds on tight despite whatever might be going on. I'm glad that they are putting in measures to give your bubba the best chance possible. If you need to talk please let us know. We are all here for you and hoping for nothing but the best for all of you (DP included) xx
