    Hello hello!
My DP and I are TTC with IUI for the first time.
I'll be the tummy mummy and DP did my trigger shot yesterday.
    Our first insem is tomorrow!
    So a bit excited.
We're going through QFG in Brisbane (Eve Health clinics).
Our doctor is the same as Knock Knock Penny and he has been really great so far also.
We're both in our mid 20's.
We're hoping to get beginners luck lol
Good luck everyone. We look forward to see your journeys.

Lots of Brisbane girls here, starting to feel a bit lonely.

rainbow road...how are you and bub doing? Tried to message you few days back to say hello but your messages seem to be full.

    Hi everyone,

My dp is the tummy mummy and is currently 35w3d pregnant and we're booked in for an elective c/s next Tues (22/10), due to medical complications. We used a known donor and did home insemination - bfp first attempt. Bub is a gorgeous little girl and I can't wait to meet her

We're from Brisbane too. Um, what else..... I'm 32 and dp is 33. I think that's it.

No one was more stunned than me, don't worry about that!

i realise we were extremely lucky. It breaks my heart when I read stories from same/both sex couples who endure cycle after cycle of IVF etc. it would wear me down. I don't think I'd cope. There's a lot of very strong people on here.

Hi all I'm Cande, I'm 33, and im a alco.... oh wait , wrong forum!!!... Pmsl

Seiously though, I'm 33, DP is 43, and we're trying for our first little one. Brissie girls also. Been together just over two years and life finally fell into place. We've done two rounds of IUI (both BFN's) through QFG with wazza. And are now in the first stages of ivf. I have another appointment on Friday to see how the puregon injections are going. Ill be carrying as DP is just not interested in being pregnant and the age factor. Although she makes a valid point when she says she can't be pregnant cause then there'd be no one to lift heavy things and mow the lawn. Which suits me, I don't like lifting heavy things and there is 6acres to mow.

CandE atleast you got a good enough excuse. DP is worried about her street credit.
