I am feeling great at the moment, thank you, but hoping it returns tonight - and no, I'm not nuts! Almost had to open an emergency door at DD's swimming this morning to take a hurl, but walked it off instead!

Ladies with bubs did anyone not tear? It's the only bit I'm worried about.

Great question Channy, that was the last bit I had to finalise and make decisions for my birth plan.
I think I would prefer to tear than have an epi, unless it's going to be 3rd or 4th degree. Than I'd prob want the epi

I know I want an epi and I'm only 10 weeks this Wednesday

Not an issue with pain or fear, I just don't see any reason to labour without pain mgmt. We shall see.

I had no choice as bub came so quickly but I would have opted to tear (and I did). I'll let you know how recovery goes! I had a deep 2nd degree tear (they thought it might be 3rd but it wasn't). I had an epidural so didn't feel a thing though

Channy I didn't tear I just had some vaginal grazes. I had said an epi if necessary but didn't need it.
