    SO wish they celebrated it here. When I was younger I did trick or treating with my sisters, and some neighbour boys.
    Got 3 Police threats, A few people pretending they weren't home, and I swear to god we got invited in by neighbourhood pedo.

    They had a halloween thing at work, and I was the only person our of 200 people who got dressed. I felt so proud of my outfit, but so sad I was alone on it.
    I also threw a Halloween party that evening, and no one took it seriously. We played Nightmare that evening, I made spooky nibblies and dressed my house up.

    I do however look forward when the kids are little older to appreciate it, then I will have Halloween parties

    My DH is totally for it, he is from Glasgow and misses the crap out of Halloween.
    This year I plan on just having a horror movie evening.

    For those that take your kids trick or treating, what do you do if someone says "trick"? Last year I got DS to practice a very simple magic trick but I'm wondering what other people do.
