Well I normally do nothing for halloween apart from buying some treats in case kids knock on our door, but this year we've been invited to a halloween party where there will be at least 30 kids!

I think we'll go along, it'll be a great chance to dress up DS

What time is the 'right' etiquette for those with very young children? I usually put a sign on the door around 8/9pm "No trick or treaters" due to babies/children sleeping.

We usually shut down around 8pm, all we do is blow out the candle in the Jack-o-lantern and turn the lights off and no one has knocked yet but the sign is a good idea

lol. lucky we have a large gate with a deadlock so no one can come in after trick or treat time. once it's locked, that's it.
