You know how much I love Halloween. Last year as I do I went out and bought heaps of treats like reece's pieces and hershey's bars... No one came I was so incredibly bummed out. So this year we decided to take the kids trick or treating rather than dressing up home like we usually do. The kids chose Woody, Buzz and Monster high costumes... It's kind of weird when they are old enough to choose for themselves to.

    Last years costumes.

Sadly I had to eat all of those chocolates when no one turned up... I know huge tragedy lol. Have you seen the Jimmy Kimmel I ate all your candy clip... So cruel but so funny.

Can't wait to see your costume you're always so clever.

What about the old Teen Wolf movies? I think The Frighteners is pg & I was scared watching it.

What about casper (the movie?) Or the adams family? e.t.? Gremlins? Beetlejuice? Drop dead fred? Probably not scary enough lol

Games.. You could make them dress up as toilet paper mummies?
Set up a room/garage/hall way as a spoky area to walk through in low light... Blind fold them all or sit in the dark, tell a "spooky" story and pass around items to describe things... E.g. cold starchy pasta in a bowl for brains, jelly for something, small balls covered in slime as eyeballs....you get the idea!

About that age we camped in a tent in the backyard and scared ourselves silly with a home made ouija (sp?) board...

Oh, for those in Brisbane, the Manly Halloween Street Party is on this Saturday. Much fun and frivolity.
