    Yes! You're are spot on with the fact that most people have no idea they are infectious until well after they have been diagnosed!

    I had swine flu in 2009. By the time I was diagnosed my children has already been exposed and had been in contact with other children. Sometimes it's just impossible to shield people from infectious illnesses.
