On days I'm not at work we rotate through different things. Playing in the dirt outside, riding bikes, going to the park, drawing, playing with toys, play dough, tv(more than I'd like!) trips to the shops for a coffee/babyccino, playing in the shower, play dates, swimming lessons, um I think that's about it. I have one son who is 2 and I work two days a week.

At home there is cleaning while dd has some quiet time, baking, craft, play dough, outside play, inside play, cuddle time with a movie or something, bike rides to the park, reading countless books.

We have playgroup one day a week, story time another day, shopping day and we catch up with friends and their little ones a fair bit.

We have an outing planned for all mornings I'm not working.

Library time and coffee break on one day and playgroup on another. On the days I work but Dh is home with the girls he takes them to a park. Saturday they go to mums place and Sunday's we have church.

We always get home by midday for lunch and naps. Afternoons we usually bludge around or visit family or friends.

The days just go, I feel like I never have enough time to do everything I want to do with the kids.

We go to playgroup once a week, library, play centre, park. We do fruit and veggie shopping once a week and supermarket occasionally. We have a play date about once a week, my dad comes over a few afternoons a week for a coffee. We play outside, read books, play various games, do cooking together, gardening. So much to do and not enough time to do it!

we are pretty relaxed. my kids are very young, we dont go out everyday. I think pj days are very good for the mind lol

If we go out, usually go out of a morning to playgroup, shops, park, library or a playdate. DD goes to daycare 1 day a week, sometimes after drop off, i will take ds to a library session just the two of us or go shopping because it's easier just with one child.

When we stay home i usually set up a few activities for DD in the mornings - playdoh, imaginative play, puzzles, colouring, pasting, book corner. She will help me prep dinner or we will do a bit of baking. DD will help me hang clothes on the line, water the plants, pull some weeds. She has a run outside or a ride on her bike. DS helps himself and is quite happy to crawl around and explore things. I leave a few baskets of baby toys and books on a rug on the floor.

We are home for lunch and afternoon sleeps everyday.
The afternoons are usually quiet and we stay home. They just free play with their toys, watch a dvd or a bit of abc kids while i put dinner on/get it organised and feed the pets.

Thats about it for us. We dont have to go out or be somewhere at a certain time every day and i love that

Hmm...there are a few good ideas in here. Obviously I don't get out enough! lol

We go to playgroup once a week, reading time at the library on Thursdays, play outside at home and go for walks down the beach. They are in bed by 2pm daily for their afternoon sleep.

During this time I study or if I'm really whacked, I sleep too. They usually get up bang on 5pm. I feed them, wash them and eventually put them to bed. Then I get things ready for the next day and I enjoy some quiet time before going to bed myself.

The days just roll into one...I can't believe the year is nearly over!

Bub is only three and half weeks old so can't do too much with her though hubby has been off work the past three and half weeks and has one to go before going back to work. We have mainly gone to shops with her and out for lunch at least every second day and out to coffee with friends. Not too much yet but it's still nice to get out of the house with her.
