I have no set schedule when it comes to washing. I buy the kids 5 uniforms each at the begining of the year so I only have to wash them once a week. I guess a linen load or 2 is usually done per week and maybe just a normal load of clothes, sometimes 2.... so I guess anywhere from about 3-5 loads per week. That's for one adult and 2 kids.

    Family of 6 here.

I do two loads of clothes every second day and 1-2 loads of towels every other day.

Bed linen gets done fortnightly, over 3 loads on a Sunday.

Usually on the weekend I'd do 4-5 loads over the two days.

Family of 4, I wash every 2nd day (if I leave the kids stuff which is usually damp any longer, it goes mouldy!) I wash towels every 3rd time they are used but am really lazy with bedding.... like every 3 weeks (when its just me sleeping in the bed) - I figure I shower before bed and if the floors are clean they stay fairly clean. When DH is home they need to be done every week.

Every day. There's 3 of us. I change the sheets and wash the towels twice a week. I don't like there to be anything in the washing basket, I'm a bit pedantic!
