    Default Daylight savings and naps

Has daylight savings thrown out your toddlers nap?? DD is flat refusing to nap, she's sleeping terribly at night so should be tired. I'm exhausted (head cold and broken sleep) and desperately want her to nap!!!!

DS who is 19 mths is being a nightmare to get down both day and night. He usually goes down at 12.30 and now at 10 to two I think he might be getting sleepy and nodding off. He is the v cranky in the afternoons and won't go to bed til really late.

So annoying. We didn't do any prep work this time and I think we are paying for it now. Hopefully it sorts itself out soon!

We were away for the long weekend so her routine is all out of whack from that too. I'm going to try to again after she finishes her afternoon snack.

I ended up just getting him up which meant he went to bed at normal time pre the change over (7pm) and without too much fuss.

Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day!

DD finally went to sleep at 2:30pm (usually her nap is at midday) and slept for just over an hour. She was a little late going to bed tonight but nothing too bad. I really hope she stays asleep tonight, I'm exhausted and feel like crap!!!
