I panic when that happens Megan, when I am able to nod off, and it makes it worse. But the breathing has been helping me - managed to get to sleep at 2.30am and slept right through until 7am which, given what has been happening lately, was brilliant. Having been reading up on nutrition. Off to buy some salmon today as well as some fish oil and magnesium. They say that helps with restless legs, too. I hope you all get some sleep.
