She said she's sending out a letter tonight. We're in Vic. When I said I'd like more notice she said 'oh well we'll probably have one next Saturday too then' :what:

We are selling our place at the moment and it really sucks trying to keep our place perfect all the time.. And hate the thought of strangers in our house. Last week I noticed dh's underwear drawer was open..ewww we threw all his underpants in the wash must in case!,

I went through this about a year ago. I was advised to put everything in writing. I requested private inspections only and gave them the option of time frames that suited me.

I never did it, but a lady from the tenancy advocacy service suggested having inappropriate adult content on tv and to wander around in a towel like I'd just had a shower..lol.

Something else she suggested was to put in writing that the sales agent would be held liable for any damaged or stolen goods.

Haha first thought, I'll have to go shopping today for some 'inappropriate adult content'!! Second thought, after a shower I walk around naked covered in bio oil.....surely that would p them off!!

This real estate has been hopeless from the beginning. We didn't get our condition report until 2 weeks after we moved in! I am keeping note of everything because I have a bad feeling things will try to bite us when we leave.
