I can't still be spotting as I had a faint pos then my af for 8 days before I got a strong BFP a week later. I'm so scared as this little peanut is so wanted. Can anyone shed some light on what could be happening

    Implantation bleeding maybe?

I have always had bleeding issues through each pregnancy I have had. 2 out of 3 were successful. Bleeding isn't always bad news

I'd say at 8weeks it would be too late for implantation bleeding but when you get pregnant your cervix is really vascular and tends to bleed more easily.
I had bleeding for 5 days in weeks 10 and 11 without any further complications. I'm now 36 weeks.
My obs told me as long as it's not enough that you are having to change a pad regularly it's ok.
Apparently bleeding in the first trimester is quite common.
You'll probably find it's nothing to worry about but it might be worth a call your midwife or doctor just so they can alleviate your fears.

I had that at 9 weeks and my twins were fine. Always worth checking though.
