from everything I've read Braxton hicks do get more intense/noticeable the further along you get.
My obs told me the same.
If I your obs isn't worried, try not to worry

If Ob isnt worried I wouldn't be. I only started getting it this week and had one this morning while at Ob appointment. I've started dialating but I'm 39 weeks. He said I will most likely have bub start of next week. A friend who is a week due after me had Braxton hicks for past 6 weeks so everyone is different.

I've had the same the past few days. They don't hurt or anything just are more frequent and lasting longer. . I'm 32wks and have also started losing my plug. But I can feel a general change in my body as well, I'm confident it's just my body trying to work out what the deal is in order to get my darling out in the next month or 2

Everything I've read and been told has said its kind of snot-like, no smell and just in little (or sometimes big) globs. Mine has been brown/yellow i think it can be white in colour also but is very distinct with the sticky goo like look rather than just discharge.

Im 32 weeks and ive been having braxton hicks from about 20 weeks. Its possible youve had them the whole time and either not known what they were or didnt feel them. Its completely normal and you will know the difference them and labour.

Try to keep your fluids up during the day. Drink as much water as possible and try magnesium pills. Magnesium will help relax the muscles.
