    Default How well does your 3 month old sleep?

    My DS is 13 weeks sleeps 7-5, and wakes up 2-3 times for a feed.

    Last night he went to bed around 8, woke at around 11 and 4 for boobs but didn't sleep well after the last wakeup so we got up at 6am. This is average for him.

    Ds used to go to bed around 8pm wake anywhere from 3-5am then sleep till 7ish.
    he was As cat mapper during the dAy with upto 5x 15-min naps. Exclusively breastfed.

    7-7 with a dream feed at 9.30 & a feed at 3 or 4

    My 5 mth old twins sleep from around 7pm and wake between 5&6am.

    T1 will wake around midnight sometimes if his teeth are bothering him.

    T2 has no teeth yet so sleeps right through.

    My ds is 3.5months and sleeps 7pm till 7am with a dream feed at 10.30pm. (Formula fed)

    My 3mth old sleeps 7pm to 6-7am with feeds at around midnight and 4am. He has reflux and is a catnapper during the day, typically having 5 45min naps during the day.

    both my babies went through their horrid sleep stages from 3-6mths old. Growth spurts, wonder weeks call it what you like but all i remember is that 3-6mths was HELL for us. I had to get sleep intervetion help for both of them, we were going insane in our membranes!
    But.....it did not last much asfter they hit 6mths, i have perfect sleepers now
    From memory ds would cat nap 15-20mins during the day about 4-5 of these naps, be waking at night after "bedtime at 7pm", i finally got him to sleep at 9.30ish..... wake at 11pm, 2am, 4am, 6am. Gaaaahhhhh!!!!!
    both mine were ebf, so it was possibly "normal" lol.
