Tried PMing you but your inbox is full...
Try to remember that it's very early days for you still and you are going through big changes, hormone wise too. Having a yucky moment or feeling overwhelmed/blue is totally normal and will pass. Don't expect too much from yourself.. Take it easy and day by day.. Of course keep an eye on yourself if it seems prolonged and severe x

I've been really down & anxious, more so in the evenings. I just feel like crying. I'm praying it's not another dose of PND. I don't think I could go through such a thing again.
I just want to feel happy, safe and normal this time around.

So it can last for more than a few days? That's comforting.

Of course! Just take your time with everything and lower your expectations for everything, especially housework etc - just focus on your kids and getting a bit of rest yourself, anything else can wait. Is DH helping out?

If you think it might be pnd please think about getting help sooner rather than later xxx
