    Default Vitamins

Hi so far I'm taking folic acid, but that's the only tablets I'm taking.
Does anyone's eels take more or other tablets aswel.
I did ask my doctor but he was unhelpful .
Is it ok to only be taking one??
    Thanks

I just take vitamin d now in 2nd trimester. Only took folate in first trim. I was low in vitamin d tho. You only need iron if bloods came back as low. I don't take iodine either because I was initially high in thyroid. But not sure if iodine is needed in 2nd trim if your levels are fine. You might want to look into that
