    Exclamation Sleeping HELP PLEASE

My son is 5 in a few weeks and he had mild autism as well as adhd, sensory processing disorder and global development delay due to contracting cmv while i was pregnant with him.

Now that i am pregnant with bub number 2 we need to get his sleeping sorted. he has to have me read him a book, then sit beside his bed until he falls asleep then comes in numberous amounts of time into my room to bring me back.

I can't handle him having a meltdown or getting TOO distressed. suggestions would be great please
