Hey ladies. Sorry I haven't been back in for ages. @StillHopeful I'm so sorry for your loss.

Unfortunately I too miscarried at around 8 weeks. Had a d&c and now I'm just waiting to start again. It's a long journey but I'm hopeful for next time.

Hope you are all doing ok xx

My partner had a VR after we saw an IVF specialist. I had heaps of tests due to PCOS and was told all looked good from my end. So we went the reversal. That was in March. Mid March I was diagnosed with high grade CIN 2, after an abnormal pap So we are kinda in limbo on the baby making trail. Partner goes for analysis in June. I have everything x'd for good results for both of us in the coming months. I don't comment much, but read this thread often. Thinking of you all and sending out positive vibes.

Hi ladies, just updating, 6 month post op SA done and not good news for us 😞 while motility including forward progression has risen to almost normal, total count and morphology have dropped drastically, our urologist has told us to go to IVF. So we will be going down that path in the not too distant future we hope. We aren't upset by trying the reversal first, it's going to be easier on DF to provide a sample so that's great 😊 time will tell!

How old are you? I'm 40 so IVF does seem our only option so I'm ready to go for it. If you have time on your side you could wait 12mths for sperm- hell I know but an option?
I'm in Northern NSW but using clinic in se Qld.
Hi ange1111, sorry to hear you're in the same boat! We haven't got the luxury of time up our sleeves so we are going to start IVF/ICSI in the next couple of cycles! We are going through the fertility centre, as (as far as I know) there are no issues with me! They are doing another sperm analysis and checking for antibodies too so will update you on how we get on! At least with ICSI we only need a few sperm, at the moment he has millions so they can pick out the best! Will see how we go! Good luck to you guys x

No we are with The Fertility Centre in Victoria, I'll be interested to see what the results say as the urologist didn't even mention an antibody test!

    Thanks Felicia,

Very long and many disappointments! And nail biting! I'm not out of the woods yet, we made it past this 6 months ago with the MC. But if it works, every heartbreak will be worth it x

Do you mean DH wants to start trying again or no? X

That's awesome @StillHopeful!!! Congratulations!!! We will be starting ICSI in Jan if we haven't fallen naturally beforehand. With the results we are getting that would be highly unlikely! So roll on jan for the Medicare safety net roll over lol!!
