    I make hummus with no oil in it, just lemon juice, chickpeas, smoked paprika, garlic and a bit of water to thin it. The kids love to eat it with crackers or carrot sticks.

    Not very healthy but if I have overripe bananas to use up I wrap them in puff pastry, pinch ends closed then bake. Very yummy and easy.

    I just made some cheese crackers for DS who doesn't drink milk or eat cheese. He loves dry and crunchy food so this is just perfect.

    1 cup shredded cheese
    3/4 cup flour
    60 gr cold butter cut into cubes
    Seasoning to your taste, i normally add garlic powder and dried herbs for more calcium
    All into a mini processor or blender, pulse till form a ball
    Wrap in plastic sheet into the fridge for 1 hour
    Roll out thin, cut to any shape you like
    10-15 mins in 180 degree preheated oven or until slightly golden
    Chuck on a plate to cool
