I have snacked on these as part of a low carb diet since I had bubs 6 months ago and have lost 16kg
Awesome, so many great tips in this thread I am going to buy that chocolate tomorrow.

DAY FOUR TOMORROW! It will be interesting to see if I have a loss on Monday considering my first two nights' dinners weren't the greatest. I usually allow myself a treat day once a week (usually a Sunday) but to balance it out I think I'll skip it this week.
Really feel like taking a long walk this evening but DD is asleep and I like taking her out in the pram. Want to make the most of this amazing weather, such a nice night in Melbourne tonight.

I'm having trouble keeping up with you lovely ladies. I'm doing sleep training at the moment and finding it hard to eat enough or often enough. I did get out and walk today and I'm getting lots of half squats in while settling bub.
My food problem is not eating often and not eating well.
I miss breakfast often and lunch is either pasta or toasted sandwiches. We don't get fresh vegetables often here.
So I am trying to eat more regular meals but not bigger portions.

Well done to everyone so far.

Well done to everyone so far. I've had a big fail the last 4 days. Not sure why but I seem to be going for all the crappy options and haven't been to the gym as much as I wanted. It's almost like I know that I'm in the healthy weight range and so I've stopped caring. I still want to lose another 5 kgs though. Very frustrating because every time I eat something, I know I shouldn't but I just can't stop.

My old PT rang me tonight and told me about an 8 week challenge they're doing at the gym. 8 weeks takes me to just after I go back to work so I've decided to do it. It could be just the motivation I need. Plus I don't want to waste the money it will cost to join.

It's a new day tomorrow. I have booked DS into the gym crèche in the morning and I will stop on my way home and get some healthy snacks. I guess it's also time it clear out the cupboards again.

Thank you - I'm trying not to get too 'excited', LOL... 1.6kg in 2 days sounds a bit too good to be true! This thread is great though, heaps of great ideas and support!

How often is everyone weighing themselves?
