I know I'm late, but can I please join??
I need to Lose 6 kg, but will be happy losing 3 in this challenge!
My main priorities are:
Start exercising 5 days a week
Swap soft drink for water
Limit alcohol intake to 1-2 nights per week
I have horrendously bad habits, I eat loads of junk including takeaway, I never exercise, I never drink water, I'm sure I drink too much....... I really need to overhaul my lifestyle!
Today has been good so far:
Breakfast - 2 slices of peanut butter toast
Lunch - ham and salad sandwich
Dinner - shepherds pie and steamed veggies
I also went to the gym for an hour and have had no soft drink! Yay!
