    Today so far:
    2 eggs
    Japanese takeaway: noodles and veggies
    Chocolate protein bar
    Coffee

Dinner is a roast at the in laws so I'll have the meat and green veggies but no potatoes as I'm doing low carb

Exercise: Walked to gym and then walked 5km on treadmill

Thanks surprisingly avoiding the food at work has been easy so far; it's coming home to DH's carb laden dinners that have thrown me
.. tonight I had every intention of having something light for dinner and was considering either a wrap or fish and vegies.. DH (bless ) had cooked dinner again (he is home with DD Mondays and Tuesdays when I work) and tonight is was a creamy, cheesey tuna and pasta bake. Yes I know I should be grateful for it, but come on DH! You know I'm dieting this month! Sigh. So that was dinner My day was way better though- a diet shake for breakfast and a ham/salad sandwich for lunch, lots of water and a skinny coffee with an equal.
I have asked DH very politely not to make me any more dinners... it's so nice of him and I just end up gobbling up whatever he serves as I'm starving and tired when I get home; but any more of his meals and I wont lose any weight at all

I'm gunna write down what I eat each day to keep me accountable.

Breaky - muesli with fresh banana on top
    Lunch- left over pasta (spag)
    A/T - carrot sticks
    Dinner- chicken & rice

I think I eat too many carbs

I'm counting calories for the first time on myfitnesspal. So far I've allowed 1400 calories plus 400 calories extra for breast feeding. That helped me shift 1.2kg but this week I haven't lost any so I'm going to reduce it by 100 cal and see how I go. Typically my diet is low carb low dairy anyway but I have a really bad sweet tooth so I will be trying hard to get that under control

Brush your teeth!! Sounds weird but when I feel like something sweet after dinner I brush my teeth and cos they feel nice and minty I don't want to eat and get them dirty again.

I agree, you're doing so well being surrounded by food all day and not giving in to temptation. One spoonful of Nutella is much better that a slice of cake or whatever
