Today so far:
Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs, 1 piece toast
Midmorning- protein shake, banana
Lunch- tuna salad sandwich on wholemeal
Arvo sugar fix- freddo frog
Not too bad so far

I need dinner inspiration - family friendly for 4!
I've had tradies here all day and DD2 has only had 40 minutes sleep (as opposed to 2 hours) and today is my grocery day, but I'm just knackered! LOL... and we've had chicken for like 4 days in a row!
I decided on sizzle steak, frozen vegies and sweet potato mash!
Today: (no walking)
Breakfast - skinny coffee, tub yoghurt
Lunch - weight watchers coconut chocolate bar, 2 boiled eggs, weight watchers hot chocolate
Dinner - sizzle steak, frozen vegies and sweet potato mash, ice cream, chamomile tea.
(and a few glasses of water)...
Sunday was a shocker for me! Yesterday was ok, except I had Thai for lunch, but back on track today.
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with a slice of bacon and a little cheese
Lunch: San Choy Bow
Dinner: beef stir fry
Haven't had any snacks today so will be having some frozen yoghurt.
Gonna be a BAD day... sitting down at Coffee Club and have just ordered a skinny latte and pancake stack! ☺️
And then I have to do groceries; at least I won't be hungry!
