How is everybody going sticking to their calorie count? I think I'm doing pretty well just wondering though, say you stick to 1200cals a day then exercise which burns 200cals should you eat a bit more? Or is that good to burn some of your 1200?
Yes, so goodness what I weigh?!!! Probably haven't lost anything, LOL!

Okay, so I stick to the 1200 calories, but the days I do walk and burn more I sometimes eat more, occasionally I don't... and assumedly I've been losing the weight, but who knows now, LOL!

I've had tradies here all day and DD2 has only had 40 minutes sleep (as opposed to 2 hours) and today is my grocery day, but I'm just knackered! LOL... and we've had chicken for like 4 days in a row!

I decided on sizzle steak, frozen vegies and sweet potato mash!

Sunday was a shocker for me! Yesterday was ok, except I had Thai for lunch, but back on track today.

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with a slice of bacon and a little cheese
    Lunch: San Choy Bow
    Dinner: beef stir fry

Haven't had any snacks today so will be having some frozen yoghurt.

Gonna be a BAD day... sitting down at Coffee Club and have just ordered a skinny latte and pancake stack! ☺️

And then I have to do groceries; at least I won't be hungry!

At least it can only get better from here! Enjoy the pancakes.

My day sounds similar... I had an energy drink for breakfast (2 sick kids say it all).

I am terrible at sticking to my calories. I add a few extra for breastfeeding and I don't know how you all stick to 1200..... It's so little!! With regards to exercise I would see how weight loss goes a d go from there. So, if you lose heaps not eating extra for exercise I might add a bit in. And if you are hungry eat some extra!
