Today: breakfast- 1 piece of rye toast, small bowl Nutrigain with skim milk
Lunch: whole meal pita bread pocket with egg salad spread & lettuce
Dinner- corned beef and vegies
I don't think I will have lost a full kilo this week- started off last week weighing 64kg, had a sneaky weigh in this morning and I am still not quite at the 63kg mark- getting there, prob around 2-300 grams away (hard to be exact without digital scales). So am estimating around 700 gram or so loss for the week.
