Thanks girls, I'm glad I've had a good few days. I have to take DD in the pram as I have no one else to watch her but I guess pushing her in the pram is a stronger workout

Also how many calories does a coffee have? I'm not sure how to work it out??

Good luck on your bidding BL!

Well done on a good few days Summer. How old is your little one? I find it hard to walk with the kids in the pram because DD (3.5) wants to walk/scoot at snail pace. Means I need to exercise at night which I find hard as I am exhausted.

I am annoyed tonight as I got about 1km in to my 5km walk and it started raining..... I am not that keen so only 1.7km for me today. Better than nothing I guess.

    You had a good day!!

    Today I ate:
    Muesli with strawberries & milk
For lunch we went to a market and it was mostly junk food but I got a chicken stick/skewer thingy and a spring roll, not great but it was better than a burger!
Then burritos with heaps of salad for dinner.

Did 4.3km walk this morning so I think I had an ok day.

My sister and our kids all got a big soft serve at the market but I didn't - even though I really wanted one! Yay!

    Definitely still better than nothing!

My DD is only 2, she's pretty good in the pram, I let her take a Barbie or something to entertain her. It's just us two so can't go in the evenings after she's in bed though I'd love to occasionally
