So depressing - I used my fitness pal this morning to record my breakfast by scanning the barcodes, 100g of muesli and 125ml milk was like 400 calories!!
Morning ladies. Back on track using my fitness pal like a few others seem to be. I didn't know about the barcode feature so will be trying that out today!
Good on you for a walk in the rain Summer. I am hoping to go to the gym later today but not sure if I will have time.

Some days I also have 3 weetbix and 190ml milk and that's about 260 calories...
Counting calories and working out meals around it is indeed exhausting!

Breakfast today was a cup of coffee (skim,1 equal) and scrambled eggs with skim milk, tomato and spinach. I didn't have any form of carb with it (usually have rye toast) and tbh I am still hungry! I will probably have a protein shake soon to tide me over.
