    It's 7am and I've just finished a 4km walk with DD in the pram.. In the rain!

    I'm glad I went though! Now just to eat healthily all day

    So depressing - I used my fitness pal this morning to record my breakfast by scanning the barcodes, 100g of muesli and 125ml milk was like 400 calories!!

    What muesli are you eating?! See if you can get your muesli down to 50g with 125ml of Trim milk and 50 of yoghurt... that's 299 calories. And then a sprinkle of ground cinnamon if you want a little variation.

    Morning ladies. Back on track using my fitness pal like a few others seem to be. I didn't know about the barcode feature so will be trying that out today!

    Good on you for a walk in the rain Summer. I am hoping to go to the gym later today but not sure if I will have time.

    Sounds like everyone else is doing pretty well - good luck for the weekend!

    I eat Morning Sun almond muesli, might have to have a read of some other brands and see if they are any better.

    50g of muesli is so little

    I know, I'm sorry... that's why I'm thinking you could bulk it up with the yoghurt and even mixed berries (which would be filling, but less calories than an extra 50g muesli)...

    Some days I also have 3 weetbix and 190ml milk and that's about 260 calories...

    Counting calories and working out meals around it is indeed exhausting!

    Happy Saturday everyone. Fingers crossed we all stay on track this weekend x
    Breakfast today was a cup of coffee (skim,1 equal) and scrambled eggs with skim milk, tomato and spinach. I didn't have any form of carb with it (usually have rye toast) and tbh I am still hungry! I will probably have a protein shake soon to tide me over.
