100g gain, argh! I'm wondering if I haven't been eating enough this week. What a bummer.

Also a fan of porridge, I usually add dried cranberries, they are so sweet you can forgo the sugar.

Hope everyone has a healthy wend!

Another porridge fan here too! But I get the flavoured 90 seconds ones so probably not that healthy for you!

Bummer Glasgow Rose! What have you been eating this week? I've definitely noticed that if I don't eat enough my body hangs on to every gram.

I'm In a white carb coma atm, I ate TWO chicken sandwiches for lunch!!

I had Special K for breakfast rather than muesli, yoghurt and berries, generally skipped morning tea and had an apple for afternoon tea. Previous weeks I was having eggy muffins for a snack plus some nuts and fruit. I also only did one gym session so I suppose that could be something to do it with it. Going to increase my protein this week see if that helps.

I had fish and chips for dinner. I can't even remember the last time I ate take away (besides sushi or Vietnamese soup) so I'm only allowing myself to feel a *little* bit bad I did try and opt for healthy though- got some steamed dimsims and crumbed flake as opposed to battered.. and a handful (Ok, pretty big handful, Lol) of chips. Cos it wouldn't be fish n chips, otherwise
Breakfast was porridge with skim milk, lunch was 1 slice rye bread with chicken and salad, snack was a peach and a few strawberries.
    Oh, and four chocolate biccies!
Gonna be a goooood girl this weekend

I bought myself a tub of protein powder to mix with skim milk. Protein is excellent and vital for weightloss.

Would you PM me the brand?

And do you have that on top of your food/calories or as a snack/meal?

    Thank you! ☺️

72.3kgs this morning, I'm the heaviest I've ever been in my life, very depressing

    Anyways today I had

    Muesli with strawberries
    Left over lasagne for lunch
    Carrot sticks for snack
2x slices pizza for dinner (not great!)

Going for a big walk tomorrow morning and trying to keep up good eating all weekend

Also quick question: I'm trying to keep track of calories by reading packaging but how do you know things such as coffee, meat, pasta etc???

Have you got the myfitnesspal app? You can scan most bar codes and it will pop up with the nutritional information and you can input how much of a serve/s you've had. Also, I do a lot of weighing of food (not as much now as I was 5 weeks ago) and Googling, LOL...
