Happy birthday for tomorrow!! Just a tip with the low GI sugar. The one in the supermarket is just re packaged raw sugar. For real sugar that is better for you there is demarara or rapadura. They both still have the molasses in them so are actually easier for the body to digest.
I'm not a fan of sweetners so I tend to avoid them. They give me headaches.
