Well. I had a pie from the bakery. It was a spur of the moment thing! I don't even normally eat pies, but I had time to kill before taking DD to story/music time and we were both hungry and it was either Hungry Jacks or home made bakery pie. (there were no other options around) Yes, I am totally making excuses here lol.. But it's all true
It's pretty much the only "bad" thing I've had all week. Plus an iced coffee

Oh... I would give anything for a potato pie right now from our local bakery, yum!!!! I don't see them as excuses, I see it as you chose the 'better' option, truly, LOL... don't stop it, just swap it and all that... totally fair logic! 😊

Homemade pizza on light pita bread with ham, mushrooms, capsicum, pineapple, baby spinach leaves and of course cheese, but just a light scattering I figured (after the pie today ) that I'd make today my free day, hence this dinner ^
I still made it as healthy as I could though.
Hope you all have a great weekend guys x

    Marigold, that looks so yummy!!!!

    I was pretty good today:
Breakfast: 3 weetbix w. Trim milk
    Snack: coffee on Trim milk
Lunch: wholemeal toast with mashed avocado, lemon juice, tomato and ground cinnamon, diet coke
    And then...
Dinner: Thai! (so not so great there, but it was super yummy and I 'tried' not to eat as much as unusually would.

Oooh yum! Pizza looks good @Marigold!

Another bad day here with another crispy chicken snack wrap for lunch, and chips and dip when my parents popped over to visit this arvo!

No dinner yet but I have already consumed 300 calories worth of vodka..... Errrrr....

Dragged my *** out for a 5km run in 30 degree heat.

Fingers crossed for something exciting weigh in tomorrow.

On the upside I know I'm getting fitter, toning up and my size 11 jeans fit comfortably without a muffin top.

Would like to be under 70kg though.

    Dinner ^
Roast chicken salad with baby spinach, capsicum and tomato, drizzled with 97% fat free ranch dressing.
The rest of my day was also good:
    Breakfast- diet shake
    Brunch- slice toast, boiled egg
Lunch- Weight Watchers frozen meal, it was a sweet chili chicken wrap.
    Snack- banana.
I have a block of chocolate in the fridge... I just know I'll end up having a few squares of that too...

    Today I have had:
Brekky - 3 weetbix, trim milk, coffee
Lunch - left over Thai (small-ish helping, no rice)
    Dinner - fish and chips

So won't be a great day for me, but never mind, I've been really strict the last 2.5 weeks, so hopefully I won't do too much damage, still aiming for another 1kg loss this week... However, I feel that I will be having some chocolate later tonight too.

    A.xx
