Hugs chunkydunks..... I haven't gained, but I haven't lost anything despite being soooo good for 2.5 weeks. It's a big blow to the motivation isn't it!

I am still plodding along eating healthily and exercising every day.... Despite no loss, I am sure I will tone up!!
Breakfast - banana bread
Lunch - ham and salad wrap
Dinner - spaghetti bolognaise
1 hour brisk walk
Your body shape may change first, before thy weight shifts... I started eating healthier about a month ago and in that week, I noticed no weight gain, but a shift in body shape. Then we had my parents and sister staying, so I was naughty again, so my 'body shape change' happened a few weeks back, so now I can just lose the weight (that's my theory anyway)... Hugs...

It's funny BL, my boss said that not snacking might be hindering my weight loss as well, but those three meals are a good size and I honestly don't get hungry in between so if I snacked it would literally be for the sake of eating..... I've never been a snacker, even when I was doing lite n easy last year I would throw out SO much food..... It'd be interesting to see if that's why I'm holding onto my weight......
I haven't posted for a few day, I haven't been too bad food wise. I drank too much alcohol on the weekend, so I may have undone all my good work from last week. I'm still trying to limit my carb intake as much as possible.
I went to the gym on Sunday and yesterday, need to make it there for the next two days if I've any chance of a decent number on the scales on Friday.
