Can I join too? My baby is 6 months old and I have managed to lose all the baby weight I put on during pregnancy but I'm not at my ideal weight yet.

I am doing low carb eating which has worked well so far and hasn't affected my supply.

I'm currently 56.2kg and trying to get to 55kg.

I really need to get some scales and weigh myself but too depressing. So far all I've eaten today is muesli topped with strawberries for breaky so that's pretty good! I usually snack on biccys etc before lunch!

I know what you mean about the scales.....

So far today has been okay - spinach, eggs and a little cheese on a slice of toast for breakfast, a handful of nuts for snack and a toasted turkey sandwich for lunch. Two sugar free energy drinks which is terrible though.

    Not far to go now!

I admire those who eat low carb - I love carbs way too much

I love carbs too, I have been giving myself a cheat day usually on Sundays so I can get some carbs in.

Only 1.2kg to go but then I'll have to work hard to stay there.

Today has been ok. Grilled hash browns for breakfast then stir fry noodles and Veg mix. No oil.
Now to figure out a healthy dinner and get out for a walk.

I've had a great day food wise BUT was starving by 4.30, I'm now half way home from work and hunger pains are hitting hard! What is a filling thing to snack on in late arvo? I had an apple & banana about 3.30.

My favourite snack lately is a boiled egg.

What is everyone's eating plan? By that at I mean, low carb, counting calories? Weight watchers? Etc etc

Had a really good day up until now.. Had a bit of a naughty dinner.. DH cooked ravioli with a side of fries for dinner and I was absolutely ravenous when I walked through the door from work so I just caved. Oh well..... Will do better tomorrow.
