Wannabe I'm the same as you- a loss of 450g here. 67.35kgs. I'll take it though as this week as been crazy and I haven't eaten as well as I'd hoped. Fingers crossed I can break into the 66's by the end of this week.

Hi everyone! Fell off the food bandwagon for the second half of last week and was tempted to give up the challenge. Decided I am sick of giving up though so here I am!!
Weigh in day today: 76.9kg - loss of 0.4kg for the week and total loss so far of 1.1kg. About what I am aiming for given that I am breastfeeding.

    Hey all
I've been trying to get on BH all day but for some reason the app on my phone will not work and being at work all day meant obviously couldn't get on my laptop til now..
From Friday on wards everything was very average food wise; had the kebab for dinner Friday night and then went to a BBQ yesterday so didn't expect any change from my mid week weigh in, which was half a kilo loss from the week before- my total loss for the challenge so far is still 1.5 kilos. At least I didn't have a gain this weekend
Today: No breakfast- I know, I know.. bad.
Lunch- toasted chicken and spinach wrap
Dinner- Lean Cuisine Chili Con Carn.
Also had a skinny coffee, a Coke zero and around 600 ml water today.

Just wanted to add, I can't believe that I am just 5kg's short of my goal weight now. When I reach that, my total weight loss for the entire year will have reached 18kg. I can't believe I did it by myself, through good old healthy eating and exercise- who'da thunk it
...'bit proud Looking forward to a fun summer, no crying in the change rooms trying to fit into clothes, no avoiding leaving the house on really hot days because I'm too fat to fit into my summer clothes. Almost there!

    Yay.... I'm in the 60s!!!!

69.6kg! That's down 1.2kg this week and a total of 3.8... can't not be happy with that. My goal is a kilo a week...

And DD2 and I are off for a big walk this morning once we drop DD1 off via kindy!
