I would get fish and chips - a piece if grilled flake, some chips, and add a few veges/some salad

I would have the Thai, stir fry is pretty healthy and really yummy, maybe a couple of spring rolls too!

    Thanks chicks!!

Probably will go the Thai, our Thai place does a really yummy Thai salad, which I will probably over indulge in as well as some spring rolls yes!! It's the weekend so hopefully I can get some extra walking in... I haven't walked since Monday, but have kept below my calorie limit all week, so I think I will treat myself to Thai (or Red Rooster, LOL), see what DH wants to do.

I want to hire a treadmill/exercise bike which will help me exercise a bit more when I can't get outside or when DH is away...

Looking forward to hearing all of your great progress this week!!!

We have a great fish and chip place near us and I always get grilled salmon and Greek salad! Yum.

Today I did my old work out DVD and it was nearly impossible. My stomach muscles are still separated! I'm hoping to join the gym again and do some Pilates there to!

Food wise my meals have been fine. Breakfast - Cereal and milk with a skinny latte
Lunch - forme yoghurt and half a banana with a glass of diet right cordial
Dinner will be a chicken salad with skinny Tzatziki. I've snacked on crackers and some cashews!
Like I said yesterday, I totally blow it when preparing my families food! I poached the chicken for dinner and made an old fashion curry for DH (butter, milk, flour, curry powder) and ate a few spoons of that. The twins had avocado, banana and full fat yoghurt for lunch and I ate heaps of that!!!

Gone over my calories for today, but also have done no exercise and had a big morning snack...

Brekky: 3 weetbix w. milk, peppermint tea
Snack: 4 pieces of chocolate, coffee
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, diet coke
Snack: 3 Italian crackers w. avocado, raspberry strawberry and loganberry tea
Dinner: Nando Supremo Wrap w. chips (yum) and diet coke...
    Supper: chamomile tea

    Happy with that...

I have now lost 1.5kg since starting this challenge. I am pleased with that but a little cross with myself for a naughty dinner choice... Take away lamb kebab was soooo good though! But definitly feeling the bloat. Wouldn't have been too bad as I would normally just consider it my weekly treat, but I had Sunday reserved for that as I have a BBQ/party to attend and I have been so strict with my food all week so I could relax on Sunday. Will see how much damage this all causes for me on Monday's weigh in... I bet the scales wont budge for the next few days...
Hope you all have a great weekend

My mum told me today that I look too skinny :/ The thing is, I am happy with pretty much everything except my tummy now... DD is almost 15 months old and I still look 4 months pregnant. I carry all of my weight around my middle and hate it! Clothes don't fit right because of the buldge. I would rather have a fat bum or nice curvy thighs, but I'm just flat bummed and jelly belly I was holding DD today and had her on my hip and must have been slouching because my mum said "oh yeah, you do have a bit of a pot belly there.. " I replied "Let's get a kebab"...
