I only ended up eating 3, as they were really filling.
I just made it up:
500g chicken mince
I think that's all - chucked it all in a bowl, and mixed it with my hands and then rolled with a light coat of bread crumbs and in the oven about 190 degrees for about half an hour, turning one to two times. Pretty sure that's all I did...

Tonight is take out night... have no idea what to get?!! Do I just blow it or be super strict?
Don't be super strict otherwise you won't get your "fix" but don't blow it either!! What are you thinking of getting (just so I can live through you for a bit )?
My first thought is a Red Rooster flayva combo, LOL...
Second thought is Thai and third is fish and chips...
I'm not sure on red rooster- I don't eat it (not one where I am). If you've been really good this week and that's what you most feel like then you should def treat yourself!
Thai is super yum but very very fattening. You could get a stir fry but- boring!
Fish and chips- yum but greasy. Or you could substitute for a grilled piece of fish, small chips and a salad?
