    Joining in a bit late as well....

    Started off with a bmi of 24.8 (way too close to the overweight cut off for my liking!)

    Lost 5.5kg in the last 5/6 weeks, cut the bmi down to 22.8.

    Have a dress that's been my "scales" for the last 7 years, still a bit more to go

    Weigh in this sunday, but we'll see if night duty this week has ruined it all!

    So far today... 1 egg & 3 whites scrambled with mushroom and spinach, apple, 1cup popcorn, chicken salad sandwich. Dinner is riled chicken and veg so that DS can have some too (just started solids) followed by some yoghurt.

    I had to do some grocery shopping after lunch and got caught because DS fell asleep just as I was getting there. I didn't want to wake him by putting him in the car so had to hang around for about an hour. I actually bought a chocolate bar and went to buy a diet coke to waste time. Ended up getting a bottle of water and the chocolate bar is sitting in the fridge as a treat for next week. That's a win for me

    After three awesome days,including gym everyday it's a bit of a bad day today. Have been working with clients who provided sandwiches for lunch, was super strict and only had half a wrap, but dh got a promo at work and has come home with wine AND chocolate!!! Argh

    Breakfast - cinnamon toast, peppermint tea
    Snack - 3 Italian crackers, coffee
    Lunch - 2 boiled eggs, cup of soup, diet coke
    Snack - watermelon
    Dinner - chicken and salad wrap, frozen yoghurt paddle pop
    Supper - chamomile tea

    Chicken Korma, made using light coconut milk, served on steamed cauliflour (instead if the usual rice) with peas and a dollop of fat free greek yoghurt and "naan" which I made in the oven using 97% fat free Mission wraps, a little spray oil and garlic. Was delish!
    Breakfast was a banana, mid morning I had a little sliced roast chicken breast and lunch was a roast beef and salad wholemeal sandwich and a fruit salad from a cafe.
    I also treated myself to a strawberry Freddo frog

    I haven't exercised the past two days so am a bit cranky about that....

    Breakfast - 2 pieces of toast with vegemite
    Lunch - ham and salad subway
    Afternoon tea - 2 pieces of fruit toast with butter
    Dinner - not sure yet.... So probably something bad

    That looks really yum!
    Foodwise I haven't done that great breakfast was peanut butter on toast, lunch was mango chicken with brown rice and dinner was a baked potato with Chilli con carne.
    But exercise wise I played a friendly indoor soccer game, walked to and from school and kinder. Okus jogged home from parent/teacher interviews ... my legs are super sore!
