It's not hunger, really. I always have a glass of water on the sink. I find my baby's nap time the most difficult as I'm house bound.

Congratulations on your loss BL, that's awesome and will surely keep you motivated!

So I'm on day two of no carbs.yesterday looked like this...
    B - boiled egg
    MT- some roast chicken
    L- chicken tom yum soup
    AT - protein ball
D - beef & veg stirfry - I tried cauliflower rice and it was a disaster, very disappointing as I've heard so many people rave about it. Any tips??

    And today
    B- 2 boiled eggs
L - left over stir fry
    D - Thai beef salad

Have just joined the gym and done a spin class.

Really hoping I can lose a little by Friday.

Hope you are all going strong!

So really more boredom then? If you can manage to avoid it for a few days in a row, eventually you'll stop craving the sweetness.

Happy birthday for yesterday E&R! Sounds like you had a good day.

Congratulations on the great loss BL - exciting!!

Hope your weigh in went well August

GlasgowRose - are you finding you are hungry with no carbs? Just reading your food yesterday made me starving! I eat so much more than that a day! (Hence my weight issues)

BigRedV - I eat when bored too! I am so much better when out and about

AFM - I am finding my most challenging time is after the kids are in bed. My issue is that I often eat at 5.30 with them, and by the time they are asleep at 7pm I ready for dinner number 2! I need to find some things to keep me busy in the evenings. Going to the gym tonight so that should help.

Hope everyone is having a good day!

GR - wow are you finding the no carb thing tough? I can't live without my carbs!!

Not sure if I'm going to get my exercise in today as I'm working today and DH is out tonight...... Will try to squeeze in some squats or something once kids are in bed!

Thanks everyone! Very happy! I am only going to try and weight myself once on Friday and them officially next Tuesday for Week 2 (although I will want to weigh every day, LOL)...

I am afraid that if I don't have a loss next week, than I may not be as motivated as what I have been... I do need to keep telling myself that even if there is no loss, the most important thing is my mindset has shifted!!

Grocery day today, so bought some stuff for some yummy meals and some Bulla frozen yogurt paddle pops, only 75 calories!!!

Hi Sajimum - no I didn't find I was hungry yesterday, both the soup and the stir fry were jam packed with veg like mushroom, cauliflower, broccoli & green beans all of which are really low in calories. Today I'm home and I always find it harder at home.

Does anyone eat frozen yoghurt?? Is it a good healthy snack?? Sounds too good to be true!

Mum2EandR - So far I'm doing ok (1.5 days!) ask me on Friday. I find if I have loads of veg it's bit so bad, lettuce however make me crave carbs!

BL - I'm off to get some of those paddle pops!

I need my carbs!!! LOL... good on you for sticking at it! I just finished a tuna and ricotta cheese wrap - can't say I enjoyed the ricotta! Might stick to cottage cheese or even cream cheese I think...

Not sure what's for dinner yet... I had my coffee on skim milk this morning, didn't taste too bad, so will stick with that for the time being (not a fan if skim milk (Trim) either)...

Tossing up between a peppermint tea now or a diet coke.

As this is a support thread I'm going to encourage you to have the peppermint tea... But you reminded me I have coke zero in the fridge, and I'm going to have one!!
