To celebrate breaking into the 67's I celebrated...... With a piece of carrot cake and mini spring rolls!! Wtf is wrong with me?!?

After my disappointment yesterday of not having lost any weight despite my best efforts I decided to plunge into week 2 with gusto!
Today is my 28th birthday and I have been so good *pat on the back* LOL!
Breakfast - 2 pieces of peanut butter toast
Lunch - Asian salad with beef
Dinner- Omlette with mushroom, bacon, and tomato
I also did a 5k walk/jog after work!
After the kids are in bed I will probably shout myself a glass of sav blanc.... DH is working so its been a bit of a boring birthday for me But no celebrations means no cake!! (Silver lining!)
Happy birthday Mum2EandR!!! I am 32 in a couple of weeks and cannot see myself resisting some goodies!!!

I am due my weigh in today but still trying to get in to the nurse. I should just buy scales but then I turn into an evil scale nazi.
I was bad yesterday.
No breakfast. Mushroom avocado and cheese on crackers for lunch and wedges with sour cream and sausages for dinner. Nasty dh.
Plus he put a big dispenser of chocolate on the coffee table so I ate some. Just 2 hand fulls but still made me feel bad.
So today is going to be an exercise and easy well day. Thankful for shopping day.
