    Ive gained 700g. Doesn't suprise me. I'm bloated and tmi...constipated. more water is definitely needed. Heading to the go today and dh is trying to encourage me to get duromine. Problem is he has one scropt that costs $95-100 so we don't need me having the aame expense.

    I have lost almost 1 kilo. It's hard to be precise as I have old style scales but to guess I'd say close to 800 gram loss for me.
    Happy, although would have been happier with a 1k + loss.

    Please be careful with duromine. It can cause horrendous side effects such as severe insomnia. You also may not be able to eat more than a few mouthfuls of food without feeling extremely bloated and very full. Sorry, but I have only heard very negative stories from people who have used it and regret it. Please research it thoroughly, it is a very drastic measure to take IMO, hon x

    What does duromine do? Does it suppress appetite?

    I have no intention of going on it. I've heard too many bad things about it.

    So it suppresses appetite... See my problem is that I will eat even if I'm not hungry. If I feel like something sweet, I search high and low. Part of the reason I don't keep any junk food in the house. Only thing in this house remotely sweet is milk arrowroot and Cadbury brunch bars, but I'm not a fan of either of those anyway.

    I need to get into my pantry and throw out all the cr@p food!

    I haven't even really been craving sweet stuff to be really honest and that's a big thing for me, but feel I might 'need' some soon!

    Food diary: (really good considering we had company today)...

    Breakfast: yoghurt, muesli, milk, earl grey tea;

    Snack: coffee, 3 pikelets, 4 whole grain Sakata crackers with homemade avocado dip;

    Lunch: ham and salad wrap;

    Snack: coffee

    Dinner: scotch fillet steak, corn and sweet potato.

    My official weigh in day is tomorrow.
