    Welcome rainbowmummy!

I have just come home from my first gym workout in 6 mths!! Feeling pretty good. Plan to go again Tues night. Eating has been okay but not great. Tomorrows weigh in should be interesting.

For dinner I'm going to be making corned beef! Yum.

Looks yum!! I have been trying to incorporate eggs j to my breakfasts as well but am usually too impatient so end up having cereal instead!

    Happy Birthday for yesterday DIA!!

    Welcome Rainbow Mummy!

Well I weighed in and have not lost anything! Talk about disappointing I have been doing so well except for my alcohol binge on Friday. I was at least expecting half a kg! I have been jogging or exercising for an hour every day. This is where I usually give up, but I am going to stick with the 4 week challenge. Hopefully I'll get some results this week!

Its a shame the scales don't reflect the effort you have put in so far. I think if you keep going you will hopefully have a big loss next week as it all catches up!!

Extra lean corned beef, mash n vegies. Yup, treated myself to some actual mashed potato and gravy!
I ate only half of what is actually pictured, eyes are bigger than my belly

Leaving the gym after a workout is an amazing feeling, isn't it? I haven't been for years and really want to join.

I bought myself a microwave omlette maker the other day for $2... Only takes a few minutes and you just add whatever extras you want

Please dont give up! When I've had a big blowout I find it takes up 3 days for the scales to show my true weight as your body retains fluids etc... After a big carb fuelled meal the scales often go up a couple of kilos for me and come back down a couple days later.
We have to tackle week 2 together!

Marigold, we have the same plates lol. Silverside, lamb shanks, bacon and woolie bbq chook are the only meats I miss

I lost the battle to stay awake and slept too long to do our stuffed mushrooms so DS and I had eggs on toast lol.

My eating has been ok and I've avoided junk, but maybe a wine too many, the ruined it all with cooked chook and chips tonight, I NEVER eat that!! What was I thinking?! Back on the straight and narrow tomorrow, I'm aiming to have no carbs other than for breakfast this week, start tomorrow weigh in Friday.

Well done to everyone who is having a good week and to those that have gone to the gym, or walked kms with the pram, good work ladies.

    Lunch - mixed berry smoothy

Dinner - steak and salad burger and a glass of sav blanc

    No exercise today though!
