Sounds like a nice morning BL

I will be weighing in tomorrow. Not expecting too much as I had maccas for breakfast this morning again, that makes twice this week DOH!

Well I had a bit too much wine and the BBQ last night, probably close to two bottles eeeek. Ended up with my head in the toilet at midnight of course! The only upside is that I had a great night and I hope I spewed some of the thousands of wine calories out LOL!

Oh no, LOL ^ I get really bad hangovers and haven't drank alcohol for almost a month now and I don't miss it for that very reason. At least you had a good time though and hopefully the macca's helped this morning

    Today for me:

Breakfast: 1 slice wholemeal toast with margerine and vegemite, cup skinny coffee
    Early arvo:1 can redbull- sugarfree
Lunch- nothing really as I wasn't hungry. I did eat a small party sausage roll as I cooked the kids' lunch and a tiny slither of chicken.. but that was just picking.
Dinner- I had turkey on a wrap with cos lettuce, sweet chilli sauce and greek youghurt. Actually had exactly the same dinner last night

Green soup (well green and orange cos I added carrot.) I was peckish so heated up a bowl from my frozen stash it may not look super appetising but tastes great!

Mmm... Hog's Breath for dinner!!! Food coma!

I walked 6.2km today, so had 'banked' some calories, LOL...

So essentially I'm not gaining anything, but I'm not going over... if hat makes sense.

And still have enough for my dark chocolate too, woohoo! LOL...

I also think that I may need to maybe just eat a little more than I am (so more calories), as I am starving and feeling very light headed by afternoon... but once again it really is just about making the "better" food choice...

I must say though Diet Coke has become my new best friend!

Well done to everyone - we are all doing so well!

    A.xx

    Sorry I have not updated.
I'm having a better time with food but yesterday was my birthday so I lose on dinner and dessert.

Porridge has become a breakfast must have. I don't have enough milk to get through the morning if I don't eat. So dh has been making breakfast.
Today I'm having mushroom omelet for lunch.
Dinner is always a last minute what is there.
I don't have scales but will do my weigh in tomorrow as I get ds2 weighed every 2 weeks.

Morning all. This is working out a lot tougher than I expected. I'm not sleeping properly so my eating is all over the place too. Milo at 11pm, cyclone ice block at 12.30am, oat bar at 3am. Yeah not a good night lol. I'll weigh myself tomorrow to see where I'm at. Not expecting a loss though.
