    Breakfast - muesli, milk and yoghurt, coffee
    Snack - coffee and apple muffin
    Lunch - chicken and salad wrap
    Snack - peppermint tea
    Dinner (which will be after 7pm) - nandos, red rooster or Thai (so all bad) and a cup of chamomile before bed later.

    No exercise, although I did clean the whole house this morning and vacuumed and jumped in the pool with the kids...

    mine not too bad - though I did have some peanuts which are super high in calories

    still - will forgo a beer or wine tonight which I usually have to make up for it.

    other than that - still no chocolate so am doing well on that front

    Good morning Lovlies
    Weighed myself this morning and it's looks as though I'm roughly 500 grams down. I can't complain, considering that a good few meals this week were not very diet friendly.
    But the scales are moving in the right direction and that's what I want to see.
    A bit miffed that I have ruled out a free day/treat day for myself this weekend, but I need to make up for my dud meals at the begining of the week. Tough love! I'll thank me later

    I've been weighing myself every day since Tuesday too, first thing in the morning and in the afternoon... I am going to try and not weigh myself until Tuesday now, which will be my official Week 1 weigh in!

    Just went for a 3km walk with DH and the kids (DH and I pushing a stroller each)... Can't wait for my coffee for M/T!
