Breakfast - muesli, milk and yoghurt, coffee
Snack - coffee and apple muffin
Lunch - chicken and salad wrap
Snack - peppermint tea
Dinner (which will be after 7pm) - nandos, red rooster or Thai (so all bad) and a cup of chamomile before bed later.
No exercise, although I did clean the whole house this morning and vacuumed and jumped in the pool with the kids...
