Yep it's hard! I'm at a standstill at 68kgs, I can't seem to break into the 67's. I get down to really low 68's then I go out for dinner to socialise and go back up a few 100gs. So frustrating!

Enjoy your night! I learnt that depriving yourself always ends is failure so moderation is definitely the key. Maybe make today/tonight your "free day" for the week. I still consistently lost weight enjoying one naughty day a week.
Today for me: busy morning at work so only managed a can of sugar free redbull and a skinny coffee mid morning. Lunch was a Lean Cuisine microwave meal and I'm thinking a bowl of green soup for dinner tonight.

breakfast - banana smoothie
morning snack - an apple
lunch - I bought salad, probably not that healthy but it was salad all the same
afternoon snack - edemame.
Not too bad, only one bottle of water, I need to work on that, no exercise, need to work on that too.
Heading home dh is making laksa! The weekend will be hard.

Lunch Japanese takeaway noodles and vegetables
Sugar free dark choc
Dinner will be rissoles and coleslaw
I've had about 4 cups of coffee and some diet soft drink
I walked to gym then walked/jogged 5km on treadmill.
Wow everyone has had an awesome day!
All up I had:
Breakfast - 2 slices of toast with peanut butter
Lunch - 2 slices of toast with baked beans
Dinner will be a BBQ as we are going to a friends house and lots of wine!!
I went to the gym and did 10 k's on the bike, 3 k's walking/jogging and 1 km rowing!
I have definitely earned a bottle of wine tonight!!
