We have no family for help either so having twins is certainly very busy (ours are 14 weeks now). We love it and wouldn't change a thing, however it is certainly a big challenge and needs careful consideration. A supportive, hands on partner is essential if you're considering it. We manage fine, but my DH is great when he isn't working. Don't take it lightly. For us our age meant that we were happy to have twins as it meant that our bub had a sibling so it was perfect for us.

    2 x day 5's - BFN...

I am trying to decide if I want to do 2 again next time as well or just one. It all comes down to personal choice really and doesn't necessarily mean you will get twins either. I actually came closer to a BFP with a single transfer than with the double so everyone is different, it really depends on having the right embryo. Best of luck with your decision.

There is also a few other threads on here re double transfers.

I had my first double transfer on my last (6th) cycle. BFP with a singleton. I will definitely do a double transfer again, but I have a history of poor embryo quality so I was fairly confident that even though both of them looked great, I'd be lucky to even get one implant.
