    Default Probiotic for baby

My baby has just been on a course of antibiotics and i was wanting to give some probiotics - i bought the inner health plus for kids which comes in a powder form and was wondering if i can just add it into the formula bottle? Or do you put it in with solids? Any experience would be appreciated. Thanks

My kids eat it off the spoon, apparently it tastes great, I just wet it with a bit of water. Otherwise, yes just add it to their drink or even food - I wouldn't put it in a whole bottle unless you know bub will finish it all. I give them double the recommended dose after antibiotics as they get thrush quite easily.

I've put it on a spoon too.
Just remember not to put the powder in warmed milk or food as it can kill the probiotics.,
